Kiba is made for outdoorsmen looking to create meaningful shared experiences. The flagship product is an app paired with a hardware attachment that turns your smartphone into a two-way radio GPS. The project was a collaboration between students from different majors to create a real SAAS company within the startup incubator Sandbox. My role involved extensive product design, brand strategy, UX research, and UI design. Collaborators include Tanner Davis, Ben Fisher, Seth Anderson, Ryan Pinkney, and Jeremy Read.

Kiba uses the latest in radio hardware paired with a mobile app to allow for communication outside of cell service. Renders were created by Seth Anderson.

The Kiba proprietary display face is inspired by the square forms and angular joints of Lustra Text by Grype Font Foundry.

My part in the project culminated in the investor pitch at Demo Day in April of 2024.
